General Seal certification application instructions:
 

  • Only one application should be completed and submitted for an institution, at the direction of the institution’s president, and in coordination with the E-Action Lead Affiliate.
     
  • You will be required to create an account in order to sign in.
     
  • You do not have to complete the application all at once. You can save the application, exit and return to complete at a later time.
     
  • You are not required to complete the application in the order in which it appears. You can skip between sections and questions within a section.
     
  • To avoid the loss of data, we recommend that you save often as you answer the questions.
     
  • Once you submit the completed application, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the emails provided for the contact person and the institution’s president.
